- When do you have the most energy for teamwork?
- How many hours a day do you need for independent work?
- What could a good EOD and EOW shutdown routine look like?
Sensemaking
- How do you process information — solo/group, verbal/written, quiet/chaos?
- Are you naturally a big-picture of details-oriented thinker?
- What is your tolerance for uncertainty at work?
Communication
- Do you need daily, bi-weekly or weekly touchpoints with your team?
- How comfortable are you asking for help, and through which formats–slack (semi-formal), casual run-in (informal), email/ meeting (formal)?
